Creamy Bacon & Cheese Dip


  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 jar (3 ounces) bacon bits
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 envelop onion soup mix
  • crackers
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a mixing bowl, stir together sour cream and cream cheese. Fold in cheddar cheese, bacon bits, green onions, and onion soup mix.
  • Pour into a 2-quart baking dish ( 8 x 8 dish). Cover and bake for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

  2. very yummy!! I had a few people ask me for the recipe so I would say it was a success!!

  3. I made this last night for a get together. It was very good. There was none left over! I did use the real bacon pieces in a bag instead of from a jar, but I think it is about the same thing. I will be making this yummy dip again.
