Spaghetti Squash

Easy, Yummy, and Healthy!!

1. Cut the spaghetti squash in half (length wise). This is actually the hardest part!! haha
2. Scoop the seeds out.
3. Season the spaghetti squash with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
4. Line a cookie sheet with foil.
5. Place the spaghetti squash (cut side up) on the cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for about 40 minutes.
6. After the squash has cooked, let it cool for a little bit. Use a fork to scrape the strands of squash from the inside of the skin.
7. Add your favorite spaghetti sauce and you're done!
