21 Day Fix: Turkey Meatballs

 
Makes 6 servings (5 meatballs per serving). 1 serving = 1 red and 1/2 yellow
 
1.5 lbs lean ground turkey
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp paprika
1 egg, lightly beaten
3/4 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
2 cloves of garlic
12 fresh parsely sprigs, finely chopped
2 tbsp tomato sauce
 
Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Lightly coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
3. Combine all of the ingredients and mix well (with your hands).
4. Roll mixture into 30 1-inch balls. Place on prepared baking sheet.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
