Whole 30: Banana Muffins


3 mashed bananas
2 eggs
3 tbsp apple sauce
2 cups almond meal
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg


  • Preheat oven to 350 F and lightly coat a muffin pan with coconut oil spray.
  • Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix together using an electric hand mixer.
  • Pour the batter into the muffin pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes.
